Customer Services Executive

Responsibilities:

• Provide Excellent Customer Service and use judgment and initiative in performance of assigned tasks. Ability to use an effective customer oriented approach that supports effective telephone communication and email handling.
• Serve as a main communication channel between internal operation and customer to meet customers’ expectations and satisfaction.
• Initiate activities to improve the relationship between the company and customers.
• Provide exceptional service through interactions with customers, focusing on resolving their requests the first time with an efficient, accurate, professional and courteous manner to create customer loyalty.

Requirements:

• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Executives & Senior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent in Banking, Education Industry etc.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Required skill(s): Proficient in English Speaking.
• Highly motivated and ability to work well within a team.

Receptionist / Front Office

Responsibilities:

1. Answer telephone, screen and direct calls, take and relay messages
2. Provide information to callers
3. Greet persons entering organization
4. Direct persons to correct destination
5. Deal with queries from the public and customers
6. Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of organisation
7. General administrative and clerical support.
8. Prepare letters and documents
9. Receive and sort mail & faxes and deliveries
10. Schedule appointments & meeting rooms arrangement

Requirements:

• Fresh Graduates or with relevant working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Candidate must possess at least SPM, Certificate, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree
  Required skill(s): Proficient in English Speaking and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Highly motivated and ability to work well within a team.

Cashier / Accounts Executive

Candidates should hold at least the SPM and must have some relevant cashiering experience and should be capable of handling basic accounting systems. Candidates with Accounting Certificate/Diploma qualifications will have an edge.

Duties include counter service, banking-in of collections and ensuring all relevant details are updated on the required accounting systems.

The working hours are on a two shift system between 8.30am and 7.00pm.

The successful candidate will perform a variety of duties such as Student Recruitment & Registration - maintaining student records, building marketing strategies, develop culturally specific marketing tools, create and maintain recruiting networks (both locally and abroad), conduct local and overseas recruitment trips (participating in local and overseas road-shows in more than 90 countries), conducting information sessions, interviews & seminars), providing student services and facilitating student events.

Electronics Engineering Lecturers

Candidates must have a Ph.D. in Electronics Engineering and qualify to lecture on electronics and basic electrical subjects. The successful candidate must be knowledgeable of PSPICE, MATLAB and Multisim software. In addition, he/she must have interest in using innovation and technology tools in the classroom to better enhance our students' learning experiences in preparing them for the workforce.

It is essential that candidates have at least 10 years teaching and administrative experience in tertiary education. We strongly suggest that the successful candidate also possess several years of exposure in the commercial marketplace.

Mechatronics Engineering Lecturers

Candidates must have a Ph.D. in Mechatronics Engineering or Mechanical Engineering and apart from being able to lecture general Mechatronic and Mechanical related subjects, must be knowledgeable in workshop technology and CAD/CAM and the use of related software.
